I have worked on complex insolvency applications with multi-jurisdictional elements, including serving proceedings and enforcing over assets overseas. I also advise on administration and receivership processes and provide advice to boards of directors on their duties and how to mitigate risk of personal liability when a company is financially distressed.

I hold Higher Rights of Audience (civil proceedings) allowing me to undertake advocacy in court proceedings (in England and Wales).
