My main areas of practice
I advise our clients on all areas of domestic and cross-border commercial and civil disputes (e.g. on the enforcement or defence of payment claims). In doing so, I support them both in proceedings before the ordinary courts and arbitral tribunals and also in the run-up to court proceedings.
Furthermore, I have experience in interim relief proceedings.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
Following my Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology, I studied law at Bucerius Law School with a stay abroad at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. I completed my legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen, with stations at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and various commercial law firms, each with a focus on litigation.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for a renowned litigation firm.
