Professional background

Whilst property related financing is the main focus of my time, I have also worked on numerous project financings, including, mining deals and more recently solar and renewable energy transactions.  In terms of acquisition and corporate debt, I have led significant senior bank financings in the media and telecoms sectors.

Day to day I advise a broad spectrum of debt funds, banks and alternative lenders as well as developers, investors and other institutional sponsors across the capital stack in multi-jurisdiction deals.

I have a number of clients that provide mezzanine debt and am often involved in advising on complex intercreditor arrangements and also on restructuring work.

Having worked on some of the largest and most high profile developments in the UK and Europe, I am often approached by clients about development financing and have advised on ground-up residential, student accommodation, build to rent and co-living schemes.

As a result of the rise of debt funds and alternative lenders, our team has seen an increasing demand for liquidity lines, warehouse facilities and loan on loan finance for the funds and I have led such deals from both the borrower and lender side.

I am a responsive and committed advisor and take pride in the relationship building with clients.
