Professional background
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Jérôme So is an associate in the employment law department. He works on all aspects of employment law, both on individual and collective cases, assisting in pre-litigation, judicial or negotiated strategies, for SMEs as well as international groups.
Jérôme advises companies on their restructuring projects (job protection plans, collective bargaining agreements, GPEC, mergers) and assists them and their managers in their relations with staff representatives (professional elections, collective agreements), as well as in the day-to-day management of human resources.
His expertise also includes representing companies before Courts.
He holds a Master II in employment law from the University of Paris XI and practised with Actance for four years and with Marvell Avocats for one year before joining Fieldfisher in 2022.
He speaks French and English.
