I advise national and international companies on general corporate law issues and assist in comprehensive M&A transactions. In addition, I support our clients in project financing issues, in particular in the context of real estate transactions.

My background
I studied law in Gießen and Hamburg and obtained an MBA from the Nordakademie in Hamburg. I was admitted to the bar in 2014.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as an in-house lawyer for an international asset and investment manager and as a lawyer in a law firm specialising in Corporate Law in Hamburg.
