I have over 14 years of experience as a Real Estate Litigator advising clients on a full range of contentious property disputes. I have acted for institutional landlords, developers and investors. 

I provide strategic advice in complex litigation with the aim of achieving the most commercially beneficial outcome for clients.  I also have experience in advising clients on day to day property matters such as dilapidations, business lease renewals, break clauses, the recovery of arrears, tenant insolvency, forfeiture.  

I regularly formulate and deliver vacant possession strategies and advise on development constraints such as restrictive covenants, rights of light, easements etc so as to facilitate development.

I have acted on some very high value rent review negotiations and arbitrations, advising on complicated legal issues and lease interpretations.
