My main areas of practice
My core focus lies in real estate transactions, project developments and Commercial Tenancy Law. In addition, I have experience in advising on rooftop lease agreements in the field of renewable energy.

I have advised on transactions, particularly involving shopping centers, retail parks, and logistics facilities. In recent years, my focus has also included advising on the project development of large-scale logistics properties, including aspects of asset management such as commercial tenancy agreements, brokerage agreements, and rooftop lease agreements.

I advise our clients in German, English and Polish.

My background
I studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed part of my studies abroad at the University of San Diego in California. After passing the First State Examination, I completed my legal clerkship in Lower Saxony. I then worked for four years as an attorney at a German business law firm in Hamburg. I pursued an LL.M. in Lisbon, Portugal, with a focus on European and Comparative Law.
