I advise national and international companies on transactions on both the buyer and seller side. I support our clients in due diligence processes, the drafting of contracts and project financing. I have a particular focus on the field of renewable energies.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background

I studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. I also completed my legal clerkship in Munich.

The Fieldfisher Energy team led by Daniel Marhewka advised EEF Erneuerbare Energien Fabrik GmbH (EEF) on the acquisition of the Beckum wind farm. The wind farm has a planned total capacity of 21.9 MW and comprises three Nordex N149 turbines with a hub height of 125.4 metres and a Nordex N133 turbine with a hub height of 110 metres. The wind farm was sold by BayWa r.e.
