My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my work for both national and international clients lies in board advisory. In this context, I advise on all key corporate law matters, in particular on stock corporation law, limited liability company and group law, as well as on compliance.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law at the University of Münster and the Universidad de Autónoma in Madrid and completed my specialization in “Economics and Business”. I completed my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf.
