My main areas of practice
A particular focus is on advising international companies in the context of litigation relating to statements of Claim and Competition Law.
I also advise technology-based companies as well as those with novel business models, especially in regulated markets, on the design of business models and contracts.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I completed my studies at the University of Passau with a focus on "Private Commercial Law" and subsequently my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked for some time at an international company as Legal Counsel in the area of Competition Law.
