Dr Marcus Iske

A main focus of my work is the advice on co-determination issues, negotiations with works councils and trade unions, as well as advising executive employees and managers in connection with the conclusion, the legal optimization and the termination of their employment and service contracts. Moreover, I advise on the planning of restructurings and corporate transactions including the drafting and negotiation process of balance-of-interests and social plans.
 
Furthermore, I have extensive expertise in the planning and management of cross-border labour law projects, as well as in the posting and the lease of employees.
 
In addition to my work as a lawyer, I speak regularly at conferences and conduct in-house training sessions for executive employees as well as for legal and HR departments.
 
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for a leading international law firm in Cologne and Hong Kong in the field of labour law. I hold a doctor of laws degree from the University of Bayreuth in Germany.
I am a member of the Working Committee of Certified Specialist for Labour Law of the German Bar Association. (DAV).
