I head the Environmental & Renewable Energy department providing advice, litigation and forensic expertise to international companies, particularly in the waste, chemicals, aeronautics, aerospace, automotive, logistics and renewable energy sectors.
I assist at all stages of projects, providing day-to-day support on operational management issues, facilitating relationships with the authorities and assisting with the negotiation and drafting of environmental provisions in M&A and real estate transactions.
I have acquired recognized expertise in waste management and circular economy issues (waste/products, extended producer responsibility schemes, etc.) and in the management of contaminated land (on-site and off-site health risk management, brownfield redevelopment, third party applicants, etc.).
I am a graduate of the Universities of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (Master of Private Law, 1997; DEA in Environmental Law, 1998) and the University of London King's College (LLB, 1997). I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I built up a very solid practice over 13 years with the Winston & Strawn Environment team.
I am bilingual in French and English.
