Professional background

I specialise in French corporate and finance law advising both private and public companies.

More specifically my practice is based on M&A, private equity, venture capital, structured finance (negotiating/ renegotiating loans, mezzanine debts, usually in connection with LBO financing matters) and market capital operations.

I advise a broad range of clients such as French groups, investment funds and financial institutions for domestic and/or cross-border deals.

I have significant experience in the Private Equity & Venture Capital world, including venture, growth capital, infrastructure acquisitions and buyouts across a number of sectors including the renewable energy sector, the food sector, information technology, market research and financial services.

I hold a Master's degree in International and European Law, a Master's degree in Business Law and a Master's degree 2 in Private International Law from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas. I was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001.

I began my career in the Paris office of the American law firm Curtis Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP before joining the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions department of a major French law firm, then Fieldfisher Paris.

My native language is French and I am fluent in English.
