Marta Lucas

I am a lawyer with over three years of experience in private companies and legal consulting, focusing on data protection, regulation of information society services and e-commerce, as well as artificial intelligence. Throughout my career, I have advised both national and international companies, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and consumer sectors.

I am known for my practical, client-oriented approach, which allows me to deliver solid solutions aligned with each organisation’s operational reality, facilitating regulatory compliance in complex and constantly evolving environments.

I hold a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from Pompeu Fabra University and completed my legal training with a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice at the Barcelona School of Management – Pompeu Fabra University. I am a registered practising lawyer with the Barcelona Bar Association.
