My practice focuses on advising companies on data privacy and cybersecurity related matters. In particular, I advise clients - ranging from startups to large multinationals - on complying with various international data privacy and protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar US state data privacy laws passed in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah. With regards to cybersecurity, I advise clients on data breaches, incident preparedness and response, as well as responding to regulatory inquiries and data subject requests which often arise out of such incidents.
