I specialise in corporate tax and VAT. My practice focuses on inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions, global tax planning and tax incentives in France such as the R&D tax credit. I also have experience in providing tax advice on buyouts and management incentives.
I have been practicing as a licensed lawyer in France since 2016. Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I was a Tax Associate at PwC Société d'Avocats.
