Professional background

He specialises in corporate tax and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international.

The practice also includes VAT, transfer pricing, and tax issues faced by investment funds (quota rules, etc.) and he has developed particular expertise in the area of research tax credit. In addition, He regularly advises clients on the specific tax issues affecting private individuals and the management of private assets (inheritance, wealth tax, etc.).

His clients include French investment funds, French and international companies, and private individualsI hold degrees from the Institut de Droit des Affaires of the University of Paris II and the Universities of Paris I (DEA in Public Finance) and Paris V (DESS in Applied Taxation). He was admitted to the Bar of Paris in 1996.

Before joining Fieldfisher Paris, He spent 18 years with UGGC Avocats.
