Miguel has 10 years of professional experience in the franchise and distribution sector, having advised numerous franchise networks, including McDonald's, Grupo Lizarran, Caprabo and Nostrum, in national and international establishment processes, as well as in contracting and judicial procedures.
He advises on the design of distribution and franchise networks, protection of franchisor brands and know-how, processing, drafting, reviewing and updating of all types of documentation, joint ventures, legal auditing in the drafting of operating manuals, claims for franchise breaches, legal defence when franchise rights have been violated and legal assistance in court proceedings.
In addition, he also has experience in drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, both civil and commercial.
Finally, he has extensive knowledge of financial products such as preferred shares, subordinated debentures, structured bonds or swaps purchased by large assets and all types of companies.
