I specialise in tax, including VAT, Stamp Duty Land Tax ("SDLT"), other property taxes and charity tax.

I have over 36 years’ experience in advising on major property deals.

I am very active in advising on VAT in the corporate aviation sector.

I am a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group.

I am the author of the VAT section in Butterworth's International Taxation of Financial Instruments and Transactions, the Stamp Duty section in Butterworth's Business Tax Service, the tax chapter in Sweet & Maxwell’s Sales Promotion - A Legal Guide and the VAT section in Outsourcing published by The Law Society.
