I am a specialist in commercial real estate with over 30 years' experience in the acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios, the sale, purchase and pre-letting of development sites and the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.

In addition, as a well-known practitioner in the hotel and leisure sector, I have particular expertise in the management and rollout of branded hotel and leisure concepts and in large-scale portfolio sales and purchases.

I have led teams involved in the development of many of London's landmark hotels, including the Marriott and Premier Inn hotels at County Hall and the Dixon in Tower Bridge.

I also led the Fieldfisher team who advised the developer of St. Pancras Chambers at Kings Cross. This is a mixed use scheme anchored by the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel together with 74 luxury apartments, bars and restaurants.

I am described by Chambers as a "hotel and leisure specialist" who is "very experienced in the hotel and leisure arena and is possessed of" "excellent negotiation and communication skills."

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, skiing and listening to all types of music.
