I advise HNW and UHNW individuals, mainly from CIS countries and the Middle East, on matters relating to residence and domicile, relocation to and from the UK, double taxation, the remittance basis, structuring of ownership of high value UK real estate, inheritance tax and succession planning with cross border elements, including instructing Counsel and engaging with HMRC to make disclosures covering these areas where necessary. I also have experience in assisting clients with setting up and registering UK charities.

I trained in a niche City firm which specialises in cross-border taxation and property work before joining Fieldfisher.

I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and have the STEP Diploma in Tax and Estate Planning.

I have a particular interest in languages. I graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University where I studied English, Italian, and German. I now enjoy learning French in my spare time.
