I have experience of both Main Market and AIM IPO's, fundraisings and acquisitions. I regularly act for issuers, nominated advisors, investment banks and brokers.  I also have experience acting on public and private company M&A, private fundraises, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate matters.

My recent work includes advising:-

• Strand Hanson, Tennyson Securities and Optiva Securities on the reverse takeover of Rhein Petroleum GmbH by Beacon Energy plc, and the associated fundraising and re-admission of Beacon Energy PLC.
• Strand Hanson Limited on the reverse takeover of Exxon Mobil's upstream and midstream asset portfolio in Chad and Cameroon by Savannah Energy plc for $407 million.
• Petrichor Partners LP on its £26.6M takeover of Egdon Resources plc.
• Various AIM-listed clients on secondary fundraises and strategic transactions including Beowulf Mining plc, EnSilica plc, Molecular Energies plc, Atome Energy plc, EQTEC plc.
• Various nominated advisers and brokers on secondary fundraising, including Strand Hanson, Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, Allenby and Panmure Gordon.
