Professional background

I am an expert on regulatory issues in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, in particular concerning medical devices, pharmaceutical and phytopharmaceutical products and cosmetics.

My main area of practice involves matters relating to advertising of pharmaceutical products, relationships with healthcare practitioners, clinical trials, and advising clients in the context of monitoring by the health authorities.

I am a Doctor of Law (magna cum laude) and ranked as a 'Leading Individual' by Legal 500 (2022) as well as Band 1 in Chambers 2022. In addition to this, I am also recognised and ranked by a number of other directories including PLC Which Lawyer, Best Lawyers in France and Décideurs Stratégie Finance Droit.

I was awarded a first prize by the French Healthcare Law Association for my work and also am a member of the professional associations ACIP and AMIPS.

I joined Fieldfisher as a Partner in 2008 after having worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Proskauer Rose LLP.

In addition to my native French, I am fluent in English.
