Professional background

I work for a wide range of clients including individuals, families, trustees and companies; specialise in providing clients with tax and trust advice including family governance and succession planning.

I have a particular expertise in advising complex multigenerational international families.  I have significant experience of creating offshore structures including establishing offshore trusts, incorporating private trust companies, providing detailed advice on family governance structures and the uses of companies limited by guarantee.

Fieldfisher's Private Client team were named in the 2020 ePrivateClient Top Law Firms rankings.  Peter Golden is recommended by Spear's 500 in its Tax and Trust Advisers 2020 rankings.
