Professional background

I work in the banking and structured finance teams, with a particular focus on the venture debt and growth finance, private wealth finance, and commodity, energy and project finance sectors. I act for lenders, borrowers and sponsors on domestic and international matters putting in place bespoke structures and advising on the necessary financial instruments and security packages for the deal.
 
My experience also includes co-ordinating large transactions across multiple jurisdictions and liaising with local lawyers in those jurisdictions to efficiently close the transaction.
 
In the private wealth finance space I have particular expertise advising clients on financings secured on portfolios of art. 

I am a member of the Art Lawyers Association.
