I have over 20 years of experience advising international and domestic clients in a wide range of IP-related and cross border matters.

I am an IP litigator and advise clients on a wide range of IP-related and cross border matters including patent, trademark, design , copyright, database protection, denominations of origin (DOP) and Geographic Indications (GI), Designs & Models, and domain names, as well as Supplementary Protection Certificate (SPC).

I have a particular expertise in patents and trademarks while I also advise clients on other IP-related matters, including commercial practice and unfair competition, product safety and labelling, regulatory aspects in food, non-food, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, parallel import.

I have worked for start-ups, small enterprises and multinationals in many industrial sectors such as the automotive industry, cosmetic products, electronic goods, food and beverage, home appliances, life sciences, luxury products, media industry, petrochemical, telecommunications, and toy industry.

I advise my clients in French, English, Dutch and Italian.
