I am a privacy specialist and have provided strategic and practical advice on the full range of privacy and data protection issues affecting business operations over a period of more than 17 years.
I have provided advice to a wide range of businesses across the retail, construction, property management and media sectors, with a particular focus on privacy and data protection issues for pensions and the travel industry. I also have particular experience in advising on the privacy impact of advertising technologies and on big data analytics projects.
In addition, I am a cyber-breach specialist. In particular, I help clients to assess risk in the context of incidents and to navigate potentially complex notification matrices.
I am a member of the Faculty of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and have spoken on data protection and privacy issues in the UK and abroad and provided specialist training in this field.
