I regularly advise employers on day-to-day employee relations matters, including managing absenteeism, and performance management. I have experience in drafting and implementing contracts of employment, service agreements, consultancy agreements and employee handbooks. I also advise on employee exits including drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
 
I have a particular interest in advising on and assisting with investigations. I have recently advised on investigations concerning inappropriate conduct in the workplace and inclusiveness and diversity complaints.
 
I also enjoy advising on the employment aspects of share acquisitions/disposals and business transfers.
 
I have experience advising on Employment Tribunal claims, particularly in relation to claims for unfair dismissal and disability, age and race discrimination.  
 
I am an approachable advisor, committed to building long lasting relationships with clients, so I can provide practical, timely and focused advice that is tailored to their commercial needs.
