My main areas of practice
A particular focus is on strategic advice to national and international clients from various industries as well as litigation, in particular in patent infringement proceedings.
In addition, I advise on contracts concerning patents as well as on legal issues that lie at the interface between Antitrust Law and Intellectual Property Law.
I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and at the Universitat de València (Spain), specialising in Private International Law and Medical Law. During my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf, I worked in various international law firms in the field of Dispute Resolution, Patent Law and Antitrust Law.
