My main areas of practice
I advise our clients on financial and corporate restructurings and reorganizations with national and international implications. In addition, I assist clients in particular in the structuring and restructuring of (real estate) financing, in all matters of Corporate Law as well as in connection with NPL projects and other transactions.
I advise our clients in German, English and French.
My background
I studied law at the Universities of Münster and Reykjavik and subsequently completed my legal clerkship at the District Court of Dusseldorf. I was admitted to the bar in 2019.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I worked as a lawyer at a boutique law firm specializing in Corporate Law and at an international commercial law firm.
