My main areas of practice
I have been advising financial investors in special financing situations as well as in stressed and distressed debt transactions for 15 years, as well as companies in the context of their financial and corporate restructuring.
My work in the area of restructuring takes place both within and outside of state regulatory proceedings. It includes, in particular, the restructuring of listed companies and financing instruments.
I have also successfully advised on over 250 financing and restructuring transactions in the Real Estate sector.
I advise my clients in German and English.
