My main areas of practice
A particular focus of my advice is on financial and corporate restructurings in a national and international context. In particular, I advise on transactions and project financing in the context of complex bridge and real estate financing. I advise both mezzanine and senior financiers as well as borrowers, particularly in the acquisition of commercial and residential real estate portfolios.

I advise our clients in German and English.

My background
I studied law at the Westphalian Wilhelms University of Münster and, after passing the First State Law Examination, completed my doctorate on a topic related to constitutional history. While completing my doctorate I worked at the Institute for Public Law and Politics.

I started working as a lawyer at Fieldfisher in August 2022.
