Professional background

Professional background

Before joining Fieldfisher, I studied chemistry at University College London and spent three years working at a top-ranked IP litigation firm, mainly focusing on patents.

As a trainee in Fieldfisher's IP&TPE department, I assisted on the successful High Court trade mark infringement claim brought by Sazerac against the Halewood group of companies (Sazerac Brands LLC and others v Liverpool Gin Distillery Ltd and others [2020] EWHC 2424 (Ch)).

Since qualifying into Fieldfisher's IP&TPE department, my main focus is on trade mark protection and portfolio management. In particular, I manage the European trade mark portfolio of a globally renowned gaming and entertainment company. My trade mark protection work spans industries such as gaming, entertainment, technology, education, food and beverage, retail and consumer industries. I also have a keen interest in the enforcement of copyright in the creative industries.
