My expertise includes advising on pre- and post-arrival/departure tax planning, with a particular focus on the UK personal tax regimes applicable to internationally mobile and former non-domiciled individuals (including the current 'FIG' regime and the former remittance basis regime).

I also frequently advise on UK and multijurisdictional estate planning and in relation to the implementation of UK and cross-border lifetime structuring for family-governance, asset protection and wealth transition purposes, including trusts, family investment companies and private fund structures.

I am a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
