Professional background

Professional background

I am a Partner in the derivatives team with approaching 20 years' experience in advising clients in the financial services sector on trading documentation, structured trades and regulatory issues relating to derivatives.

I advise clients including global investment banks, emerging markets banks and hedge funds on all product types, including structured equity, credit and funding transactions. I have extensive experience of deal contingent derivatives transactions and finance-linked hedging arrangements.

I manage an experienced team that helps investment funds and asset managers with their derivatives and repo trading documentation (including ISDA Master Agreements, credit support documents, GMRAs, master confirmation agreements, master netting agreements and prime brokerage documentation) ensuring that negotiations are handled as efficiently as possible.

As a result of event-driven repapering, I have led a number of large scale documentation projects in recent years.
