My main areas of practice
I advise national and international companies on transactions on both the buyer and the seller side. My scope of work includes advising on M&A, private equity, and venture capital projects. This includes conducting due diligence, drafting contracts, as well as advising on (intra-group) restructurings.
A key area of my expertise lies in in the field of renewable energies. I support our clients in planning and implementing national and international energy and infrastructure projects.
In addition, I advise on general corporate law issues as well as on the structuring of joint ventures.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I studied law at the University of Regensburg and completed my legal clerkship in Munich and London, among other places.
