I support clients with all aspects of trade mark protection and enforcement. On the protection side, this includes conducting clearance searches, developing filing strategies and overcoming complex registry objections. On the contentious side, I represent clients in registry disputes, handling both the prosecution and defence of trade mark opposition, invalidation and revocation actions before tribunals, as well as negotiating settlements with third parties.

I have worked with a range of clients, from small businesses to high-profile multinational companies, and have gained extensive experience in managing large, global IP portfolios for clients across various industries, such as fashion, gaming, publishing, advertising and pharmaceuticals.
