My main areas of practice
I advise our national and international clients on the implementation of comprehensive data protection management systems or assist them in dealing with data protection breaches or internal investigations. I also provide support in negotiations with data protection authorities.
The focus of my work is the development of pragmatic and legally secure solutions - for example in the context of digital transformation or in the areas of big data analytics and smart contracts as well as in the e-commerce context.
Another core aspect is legal support for outsourcing deals and the structuring of international data transfers. In doing so, I pursue a creative and solution-oriented advisory approach.
Our clients are start-ups and SMEs as well as large multinationals and come predominantly from the Technology, Automotive, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Global Financial Services, Health Sciences, Industrial Products, Real Estate and Retail & Consumer Products sectors.

My background
I studied law in Mainz before completing my traineeship in Wiesbaden, Mainz and Los Angeles. I then worked for a boutique law firm in Frankfurt am Main and for a business consultancy in Hamburg.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked for a major US law firm in Berlin.
