Professional background

My practice encompasses Wills and lifetime tax planning, general tax advice, domicile and tax-residence, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Court of Protection matters, Family Investment Companies (FICs), and the creation and administration of trusts. I also manage probate matters, including the administration of complex, high value and cross-border estates.

I have a particular interest in digital assets and have advised high-profile clients on the taxation of profits arising from the creation and sale of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), as well as on issues surrounding the succession of digital assets, including social media content.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and began my legal career in Employment law, where my work included advising on the taxation of personal services.  In 2022, motivated by a strong interest in wealth planning and a desire to work more closely with individuals and families, I transitioned into Private Client practice.  Prior to qualifying, I worked as the practice manager of a prestigious charity, later becoming its treasurer and a trustee.  My diverse professional experience and approachable manner enables me to connect easily with a wide range of clients and deliver clear and pragmatic advice attuned to any sensitive personal or commercial circumstances.
