Professional background
As an expert in tax planning, I have extensive experience in tax matters arising from corporate restructurings, contract reviews, tax authority defence work and due diligence processes. Throughout my career, I have been involved in designing the international tax structures of both foreign and Spanish multinationals, with the aim of optimising and expanding their operations at national and international level, and developing effective strategies aligned with their business activities.
Thanks to my proactive and solution-oriented approach and my broad, multidisciplinary perspective, I have gained in-depth knowledge in the field of tax compliance, advising and guiding companies in adopting, implementing, maintaining and improving internal tax policies in accordance with the UNE 19602 Standard.
In addition to my work as a tax advisor, I have frequently defended taxpayers’ interests before the tax authorities at national, regional and local levels.
