My main areas of practice
The focus of my M&A advice in national as well as international transactions is on sustainable real estate transactions around the topics of ESG (environmental, social, governance), especially in impact investments as defined by Art. 9 of the Disclosure Regulation.

In corporate transformations and group reorganisations, I advise in particular on the establishment of European Companies (Societas Europaea), corporate governance and corporate co-determination.

I advise national and international funds as well as asset managers. My clients also include domestic and foreign investors, corporate groups and medium-sized companies.

I advise my clients in German and English.

My background
I studied in Frankfurt am Main and in Wellington, New Zealand.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I gained in-house expertise during a secondment at one of the world's leading industrial companies in the field of industrial gases.
