I have experience of both Main Market and AIM IPO's, fundraisings and acquisitions. I regularly act for issuers, investment banks and brokers and am confident in negotiating each aspect of a transaction. I am happy to advise on discrete questions concerning all matters of corporate law and governance and have a particular interest in the life sciences and resources sectors.
My recent experience includes:
- Advising InnovaDerma plc on their recommended merger with Brand Architekts Group plc
- Advising EnSilica plc on their placing and admission to AIM
- Advising CT Automotive Group plc on their fundraising and AIM IPO
- Advising Gelion plc on their successful fundraising, sell down and admission to AIM
- Advising SigmaRoc plc in connection with a £260 million fundraising to fund the €470 million acquisition of Finnish limestone producer Nordkalk Corporation
- Advising Stifel and Cenkos on the AIM IPO of GENinCode
- Advising Panmure Gordon on the AIM IPO of Dianomi
- Advising InnovaDerma plc on their Main Market Placing and Open Offer
- Acting for Berenberg & Tamesis on their Main Market £40m fundraising and Class 1 transaction for Capital Limited
- Advising Synairgen on their £87m Placing, US Placing & Open Offer to fund their Phase III Clinical Trials, representing one of the largest biotech fundraisings on AIM for several years
