I have a wealth of experience working alongside fast moving technology companies and is tasked daily with finding innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. I am a Foreign Legal Consultant registered with the State of Bar California.

My practice involves facilitating the international expansion priorities of my clients who are often navigating new regulatory frameworks in the UK, EU and globally as they internationalise or scale. I also counsel clients in connection with product or feature launches involving high risk technologies and sensitive data processing. A significant portion of my work involves advising clients on their compliance with the GDPR, international data transfer requirements, ePrivacy and e-marketing rules, AI governance matters and the negotiation of related contracts.

I am a faculty member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E)).

I am a solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales is registered with the California Bar as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
