I act for key stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring transactions including insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors and creditors. I advise on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency including restructuring options, administration and liquidation, sale of business and assets, security reviews and enforcement advice, and directors' duties.

I am also an experienced banking solicitor and have acted for lenders and borrowers in relation to a variety of finance transactions.

I joined Fieldfisher as a solicitor in June 2019. Whilst working at Fieldfisher I undertook a secondment with a real estate debt fund, which has given me an invaluable insight into the commercial approach of such lenders.
