I have recently acted for clients in relation to transactions involving the development of student accommodation and the refinancing of a data centre.
I qualified as a solicitor in September 2018 and joined Fieldfisher as a solicitor in June 2019. As a trainee and newly qualified lawyer I undertook secondments in the legal teams of two different banks, which gave me an invaluable insight into the commercial approach of such lenders.
