I have experience acting for both Lender and Borrower clients on new loan transactions principally in Real Estate Finance, Hotel Finance, Yacht and Aircraft Finance, Construction Finance and Technology and Innovation Finance.
 
I am noted as a “key lawyer” in Property Finance in the Legal 500 directory.

My experience includes:

  • Advising both lenders and borrowers on a range of development and investment financings in the UK and abroad, including a range of operating assets (hotels, student accommodation and care homes) as well as retail and office
