I have a particular expertise in acting for major corporates in the management of their portfolios, working closely with their other advisors.

I also work with our corporate team, advising on the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs and joint ventures.

Recent deals include the sale of a renowned amusement and leisure park and a national chain of convenience stores.

I have advised landowners on the High Speed 2 Phase 1 proposals and appeared before the Select Committee in Parliament opposing the Hybrid Bill.

I have also addressed an international bank and its clients on key property issues and written articles on HS2.

In my spare time, I can be found at the Hawthorns supporting West Brom and watching my son play rugby.
