Professional background

Professional background

I have a particular focus on regeneration and new build projects. I work for both public and private sectors. I also have extensive experience in major residential projects and in the procurement of new office buildings, warehouses and healthcare facilities.

My expertise includes complex development work and property joint ventures as well as commercial and residential investment.  I have recently been engaged on a number of promotion agreements and options for new housing sites.

I have undertaken work on many town and city centre redevelopment schemes in partnership with local authorities and I have been involved in a large number of mixed-use housing regeneration schemes, in particular of former MoD and hospital sites.

I advise on the acquisition and construction of warehousing and office investment schemes and healthcare facilities.
