Professional background

I joined Fieldfisher in 2002 and was made partner in 2006.

Since 2022, I have served as the firm's Managing Partner and was honoured to be re-elected for a second term beginning in 2025. My focus remains on fostering greater European integration across Fieldfisher and ensuring that we operate as an inclusive, innovative and sustainable organisation.

Previously, I led the firm's Technology, Outsourcing and Privacy Group for 10 years, doubling its size over that period of time and establishing it as one of Europe’s leading tech and privacy teams.

Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in shaping and executing Fieldfisher's business strategy as a member of the firm's Executive Board, with a particular emphasis on driving innovation in law.

I am immensely proud of our people and deeply grateful to our clients for their trust and partnership – a responsibility I never take for granted.
