I am a Senior Associate in the London Dispute Resolution Team with experience in High Court Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as an in-house lawyer at an English Non-Departmental Government Body, with a focus on regulatory compliance and Data Protection. I also have experience in commercial and insurance litigation as a Barrister and Solicitor in Australia, where I qualified, and more recently on insurance matters as a result of covid-19 regarding business interruption.
I have advised clients across a diverse range of sectors including oil & gas and financial services in high value multi-jurisdictional cases including in investigations, claims involving fraudulent conduct, and professional negligence disputes.
I have experience managing high-value and complex disclosure exercises including a multi-billion dollar case with a complex disclosure exercise across jurisdictions and over hundreds of individual custodians under the (then) Disclosure Pilot Scheme.
