Brexit

The UK and EU concluded a trade agreement on 24 December – the 'UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement' (TCA). While this is good news for businesses looking for certainty, there are a number of areas that aren’t covered and coming out of the Customs Union means that those companies importing or exporting goods across the UK-EU will have a whole host of new obligations to manage. We can help you understand the potential impact of the TCA on your sector, your business and your workforce and to take practical steps to mitigate those effects.

A row of international flags is displayed in an ornate indoor setting with a soft purple lighting. The focus is on the European Union flag with yellow stars, among other colorful flags. The background shows elegant architectural details.
